The Questionnaire includes detailed information about the Homeowners Association, including unit counts, financial information, insurance, and management company details. For a sample of
the standard questionnaire produced by City Property Management, please click here. You also have the option of submitting your own
questionnaire, which we will complete in lieu of our standard questionnaire. Association governing, insurance certificates, and budget documents are also available with this questionnaire for an
additional fee.
